Chrysanthemum crochet pattern

Today I will share with everyone the Chrysanthemum crochet pattern. I collected this crochet pattern from @efayni_toys.

Materials and Tools:

1. Sport weight/4ply yarn (50g/160m): yellow, white.

2. Crochet hook 1.75 mm

3. Scissors

Abbreviations (US terms):

sc – single crochet

inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)

ch – chain

sl st – slip stitch

hds – half double crochet

tr – treble crochet

htr – half treble crochet

dtr – double treble crochet

htr tr – half triple treble crochet

ch-3 picot – ch 3, slip stitch back into first ch

*6 – number of repeats

(12) – total number of stitches in a round

FLO – front loops only

BLO – back loops only

Chrysanthemum

Start crocheting with yellow yarn.

1. 6 sc in a MR (6)

2. 6 inc (12)

3. FLO 12 hdc (12) join the round with sl st.

4. ch1, (1 sc, ch1)*12 (24) join the round with sl st.

Fasten off, cut the yarn and weave in the yarn ends.

Join the white yarn in second round and continue crocheting:

3. BLO (1 sc, inc)*6 (18)

In the next round, crochet the petals.

4. (sl st, ch 3, 1 tr, 1 dtr, 1 htr tr) in one stitch, ch-3 picot, (1 htr tr, 1 dtr, 1 tr, ch3, sl st in one stitch, sl st).

Repeat 6 times to get six petals as shown in the photo

Fasten off, cut the yarn and weave in the yarn ends.
