Crochet Octopus keychain

Abbreviations:

MR – magic ring

Rnd (R) – round

st/sts – stitch/stitches

ch – chain

sc – single crochet

inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)

dec – decrease (2 sc together)

slst – slip stitch

BLO – back loop only

We start on the Optopus crochet pattern:

R1: MR 6sc

R2: 6sc

R3: (sc,inc)*6

R4: (2sc, inc)*6

R5-R9: 24sc

R10: (2sc,dec)*6

R11: BLO (sc,dec)*6

Stuffing

R12: 6dec

Cut and leave tail

Sewing

Use blue yarn make tentacles

[2ch, (2dc in 1st), 2ch, slst]*9

Cut the yarn

Sewing

Use black yarn make eyes

Eyes at R6 about 2sc apart

Use pink yarn make cheeks

Add a jump ring with pliers and keychain
