Free Heart keychains pattern

In this article, I will share with you the crochet pattern of @danart_est. That is the free Heart keychains pattern. Size of the heart ~8cm (3.14 inch)

Abbreviations:

mr – magic ring

ch – chain stitch

Sc – single crochet

inc – increase dec- decrease

sl st – slip stitch

r = rounds(s)

(…)*- repeat the space on brackets the given number of times

Materials and Tools:

– Any color plush yarn

– 4mm crochet hook

– soft stuffing

– marker

– yarn cutter or sharp scissors

Crochet in rounds!!

You will crochet the two humps of the heart first in separate pieces and follow instructions to join them and decrease to form the point.

First piece:

R1: 2ch, 5sc in the second loop from the hook (or 5sc in magic ring)

R2: 5inc (10)

R3: (sc, inc)*5 times (15)

R4: 15sc

Fasten off.

Second piece:

R1: 2ch, 5sc in the second loop from the hook (or 5sc in magic ring)

R2: 5inc (10)

R3: (sc, inc)*5 times (15)

R4: 15sc

Do not fasten off after completing round 4 of the second piece. These are the two humps of the heart

R5: Crochet the pieces together. Join 2 pieces with sl st (slip stitch), 15sc on the first piece, 15sc on the second piece (30)

R6: (13sc, 1dec)*2 times (28)

R7: (12sc, 1dec)*2 times (26)

R8: (11sc, 1dec)*2 times (24)

R9: (4sc, 1dec)*4 times (20) Fill the heart with filler.

R10: (3sc, 1dec)*4 times (16)

R11: (2sc, 1dec)*4 times (12)

R12: (1sc, 1dec)*4 times (8)

R13: 4dec

Fill the heart with filler. Cut the yarn leaving a tail for closing the hole.
