Free Jellyfish keychain pattern

Abbreviations

MR – magic ring

Rnd (R) – round

st/sts – stitch/stitches

ch – chain

sc – single crochet

inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)

sl st – slip stitch

FW: 3 double crochet in common foot

Body:

R1: MR 8sc

R2: sl st, ch1, 8inc

R3: sl st, ch1, (sc, inc)x8

R4: sl st, ch1, (3sc, inc)x6

R5: sl st, ch1, 30sc

Change yarn color

R6-R8: sl st, ch1, 30sc

Cut yarn

Bottom of jellyfish:

R1: MR 6sc

R2: sl st, ch1, 6inc

R3: sl st, ch1, (sc, inc)x6

R4: sl st, ch1, (2sc, inc)x6

R5: sl st, ch1, (3sc, inc)x6

Join the bottom and body with 30sc.

Stuffing.

Jellyfish border

R1: sl st, ch2, turn

R2: 30FW

Change yarn color

R3: sl st, ch1, 1 sc for each leg

Long fringe

ch45, turn, skip 1ch, 44sc. Change yarn color, turn 44sc. Cut yarn

Do the same with 2 more fringes ch42 with 2 different colors

Medium fringe: ch30, turn, skip 1ch, 29sc

Do the same with 2 more medium tentacles with ch27 and ch25

Small fringe: ch30

Make 2 more small tentacles with ch27 and ch25.

Sew the tassels onto the finished body.
