Maxi bow free pattern

Materials

Crochet hook 2.50mm

Yarn in the color of your choice

Scissors

Tapestry needle

The maxi bow is 10×5 cm and can be used as hair bows, in tictacs, duckbills, headbands, paper clips, applications on pictures, clothes, etc.

Abbreviations

sc – single crochet

sl st – slip stich

hdc – half double crochet

dc – high point

dc – double crochet

ch – chain

dtr – double treble crochet

(..) – repeat the instructions in brackets the given numbers of times

Maxi lace

The piece is mirrored, very simple and quick to make.

Start work with 51 Chain, skip the first chain and do:

1: 2 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 15 dtr, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 4 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 15 dtr, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 2 sl st, 1 ch and turn to do the other side. (50)

Repeat the same on the other side: 2 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 15 dc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 4 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 15 dtr, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 2 sl st , ch 1 and turn to make the second Row of the loop.

2:2 sc, 2 sc, 2 hdc, 13 dc, 2 hdc, 2 sc, 4 sc, 2 sc, 2 hdc, 13 dc, 2 hdc, 2 sc, 2 sc, 1 ch, turn and repeat the same as on the other side, leave thread for sewing.

Sew joining the two ends, fasten and cut the thread.

Lace core

4 Ch, skip 1 ch, and return doing 3 sc, turn

Repeat the same sequence until Row 8, leave thread for sewing. Sew in the middle of the bow.
