Fasten off 1st part, but don’t cut the 2nd.
Rnd 3: after Rnd 2 of 2nd part, continue crocheting 3 sc, then join to the 1st part with 1 sc, continue 5 sc all around, then 3 sc on the other side of 2nd part [12]
Rnd 4: 12 sc [12]
Rnd 5: (4 sc, dec)* [10]
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Comb
In red. Make 3 parts as follow:
Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc [6]
Rnd 2-3: 6 sc [6]
Fasten off 1st and 2nd parts, but don’t cut the 3rd part, they will be joined together: After Rnd 3 of 3rd part, join to the 2nd part with 1 sc, continue 2 sc. Join to the 1st part with 1 sc, continue 5 sc all around, then 3 sc on the other side of 2nd part, and 3 sc on the other side of 3rd part. Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew to the head.
