Dinosaur crochet pattern
MATERIALS
– (4/0) 2.5 mm crochet hook
– Sport yarn (160m/50gr): green yarn, yellow yarn
– 8mm black beads or toy safety eyes
– Needle for sewing
– Toy stuffing (fiberfill)
– Stitch marker, scissors
ABBREVIATIONS
MR – magic
ring st – stitch
slst – slip stitch
SC – single crochet
inc – increase
dec – decrease
BLO – back loop only
PATTERN NOTE:
– Finished size: the finished toy is approximately 13cm high.
TIPS:
– Make invisible decrease stitches to have a better result.
– Add toy stuffing according to instruction of each part.
– Stitches should be close together so that when the finished toy is stuffed, the stuffing does not come out through gaps in the stitches.
HEAD (start in green yarn)

Insert the safety eyes between rounds 13 and 14, 12 stitches apart.
Fasten off. Stuff the head firmly with fiberfill.

Slst in next st. Fasten off and weave in the yarn tail.
Stuff the left leg firmly with fiberfill.
RIGHT LEG (start in green yarn)
Rnd 1-6: repeat the instructions for the left leg.
Leave the remaining stitches unworked.
Stuff the right leg firmly with fiberfill.
Do not fasten off, chain 3 and join in the left leg. Continue working the body.
BODY (start in green yarn)

Fasten off. Leave a long tail for sewing.
Pin and sew the arm in both side of the body, between rounds 14 and 18.
SPIKES (make 6, start in yellow yarn)

Rnd 2: 6sc [6]
Rnd 3: 6inc [12]
Rnd 4: 12sc [12]
Rnd 5: (sc, inc)*6 [18]
Rnd 6: 18sc [18]
Fasten off. Leave a long tail for sewing.
Do not stuff the spikes.
Pin and sew the spikes on the back, 4 on the head and 2 on the tail.
Last step:
Use powder blush for the cheek.
