3.5cm glasses

Red fine line

Black fine line

Lines in black colors; yellow; red; light gray; dark gray & pink (for skin)

Eyes 8mm

Abbreviations

MR – magic ring

sc – single crochet

ch – chain

sl st – slip stich

inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)

Blo – back loop only

Flo – front loop only

 

Legs (2x)

Black

1. 6 ch. 1 sc in the second chain. From the needle, 3 sc, 1 triple inc, 3 sc, 1 inc (12)

2. 1 inc, 3 sc, 1 inc, 1 sc, 1 inc, 3 sc, 1 inc, 1 sc (16)

3. Blo 16 sc (16)

4. 16 sc (16)

5. 4 sc, 3 triple dec, 3 sc (10)

Dark grey

Finish off the first leg. In the second do: 3 sc, 2 ch, sc in the last stitch of the first leg & continue to make the body.

Embroider the nose between the rows 25 € 26.

Put the glasses on before closing the piece.

Sl st in next stitch; Now we will start the strands, go up 5 ch, return in the third ch from the needle and do: 3 hdc. sl st in the next base stitch (repeat 5x)

Go up 6 ch, return in the third ch from the needle and do: 4 hdc. Skip 1 base stitch and sl st in the next

Go up 8 ch, return in the third ch from the needle and do: 6 hdc. Skip 1 base stitch and sl st in the next

Go up 10 ch, return in the third ch from the needle and do: 8 mdc. Skip 1 base stitch and sl st in the next (repeat 8x)

Go up 8 ch, return in the third ch from the needle and do: 6 hdc. Skip 1 base stitch and sl st in the next

Go up 6 ch, return in the third ch from the needle and do: 4 hdc. Skip 1 stitch at the base and sl st in the next 1 sc and 1 sl st to finish glue or sew.

Embroider a lightning bolt with the thinnest red thread, below the last stitches.

1. 4 ch from the second ch from the needle and do: 3 sc. 1 chain & turn

5-8. 3 sc. 1 chain & turn

Yellow

9-12. 3 sc. 1 chain & turn

Follow this sequence until you reach the size you want.

I made it with 5 yellow “squares” & 5 red “squares”.

I used the piece as a key holder
