I really enjoy watching cartoons about Minions, it relaxes me, so lucky to have collected this crochet pattern, let’s get started!
MATERIALS:

2) Yarn Alize softy, 100% micropolyester, 50 g/115 m
WHITE N°55
3) Hook 2 mm
4) Wire
5) Plaster
6) Pins
7) Stuffing material
8) Scissors
9) Needle for sewing
10) Markers
11) Black thread.
ABBREVIATIONS
1) MR – magic ring
2) sc – single crochet
3) ch – chain stitch
4) dec – decrease
5) inc – increase
6) sl st – slip stitch

8) dc – double crochet
9) tr – treble crochet
10) (…)*2, (…) 5, (…)*6 – repeat the sequence in brackets (2, 5, 6) times
11) BLO – back loops only

MINION with 2 eyes, DIFFERENCE:
*** crochet 1 row less
*** crochet arms to the body in 11th row, not in the 14th. (that is, the body is three rows smaller).

ARMS (make 2)
Take black yarn
R1: 5 sc in MR
R2: 5 inc (10)
R3-4: 10 sc
R5: 5 dec (10)
change yarn to yellow
R6: 5 sc
R7: (inc+4sc) (6)
R8-12: 6 sc (5 rows), fasten off, add stuffing till the 5th row.
LEGS (make 2
take black yarn
R1: 6 sc in MR
R2: 6 inc (12)
R3: 12 sc
R4: 2 sc, 4 dec, 2 sc (8)
change yarn to blue
R5: 8 sc
R6-8: 8 sc (3 rows), first leg: fasten off, cut the yarn. Second leg: do not cut the yarn. Stuff.

BODY
Continue to crochet with blue yarn
Make 4 ch, join legs and put the marker (the beginning of the row),
R1: work 8 sc on the first leg, 4 sc on the chain, 8 sc on the second leg, 4 sc on the opposite side of the chain (24)
R2: (3 sc+inc)*6 (30)
R3: (4 sc+inc)*6 (36)
R4-7: 36 sc (4 rows)
Change color to yellow
R8: BLO 36 sc
R9-13: 36 sc (5 rows)
the main thing is that the arms are placed symmetrically
R14: Crochet arms to the body 4 sc, 3 sc (arm+ body), 14 sc, 3 sc (arm+body), 12 sc. You may crochet different amount of stitches between arms. (36)

Then:
R1: Take blue yarn, join to the 8th row, work FLO: 8 sc, 1 ch. turn
R2-4: 8 sc, 1 ch, turn (8),
fasten off, cut the yarn.
Turn the minion, take blue yarn and crochet from the back:
R1: 12 sc (FLO in 8th row), 1 ch, turn
R2-4: 12 sc, 1 ch, turn (12)
Crochet a chain and join to the opposite side with sl st, make 7 sc, then again chain, and join to the opposite side with sl st.
EYES
Take white yarn
R1: 6 sc in MR
R2: 6 inc (12)
Change yarn to grey
R3-6: 12 sc (4 rows)
Change yarn to black, make chain and join to the opposite side.
Sew the eye, add stuffing while sewing. Embroider the pupil and mouth with black yarn.
Cap
Take white yarn
R1: 6 sc B MR
R2: 6 inc (12)
R3-4: 12 sc, add stuffing.
R5: 6 dec (6)
Change yarn to red
R6: 6 sc
R7: 6 inc (12)
R8: 2 ch, (tr+inc)*6 (18), 1 sl st
R9: 2 ch (tr+inc)*6 (24), 1 sl st
R10: 2 ch (tr+inc)*6 (30), 1 sl st
Change yarn to white
R11: 1 ch 30 dc, 1sl st, fasten off and cut the yarn.
