Skirt

With green yarn

We’ll start making the strips of the skirt.

Rnd 1: ch 11 and start working in the 2nd ch from the hook: (1 slst, 4 sc, 5 hdc) repeat x24.

Important: if you need more or less strips to completely cover the minion’s body, that’s ok. Remember that we all work with a different tension.

Waistband with green yarn

Rnd 1: 1 sc through the whole border (44 sc)

After you finish, dress your minion. I didn’t sew the skirt, but if you need to sew it on (or give it a few stitches to avoid it from falling), do it so between rounds 33 and 34 of the body.

Coconut bra

P1: band with light coffee yarn

Rnd 1: leave a long yarn tail at the beginning, ch 44 and cut the yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.

Important: if you need more or less chains for the band, that’s ok.

Remember that we all work with a different tension.

After you finish both pieces, sew them to p1 with 6-7 chain stitches between them.

P2: coconuts with light coffee yarn (make 2 pieces)

Rnd 1: 8 sc in a mr (8 sc)

Rnd 2: 8 inc (16 sc)

Rnd 3-rnd 4: 1 sc in every sc (16 sc)

Fasten off and weave in the end.

Flower crown

P1: band with green yarn

Rnd 1: leave a long yarn tail at the beginning, ch 44 and cut the yarn leaving a long yarn tail to tie to the first tail.

Big flowers

With yellow yarn

Rnd 1: 5 sc in a mr (5 sc)

With red and pink yarn

Rnd 2: ch 2 and make 3 hdc in the same stitch closing them all together. Then, ch 2 and make 1 slst in the next sc to secure. Repeat the same steps in every yellow sc available.

When you’re done, fasten off and weave in the end.

Flower crown

Small flowers

Rnd 1: in a magic ring, ch 4 and make a slst in the center of the ring. Repeat these steps 5 times. Fasten off and weave in the end.

After you finish the flower, embroider the central detail with yellow yarn.

After you finish all the pieces, sew/glue the flowers on the green band.
